Governor-Elect Education Conference
The Governor-Elect Education Conference serves to educate and motivate our future district leaders. There is much emphasis on planning. Session topics include Teambuilding, Communication and Public Speaking, Leadership Principles and Managing Change. The presenters will include Kiwanis International staff and other professionals.

Lieutenant Governor Operations Education
The Lieutenant Governor Operations Education session serves to educate and motivate our incoming division leaders. Typically held in May, this long weekend session includes communicating international and district goals to the participants and covers division leadership and membership growth responsibilities. These sessions are held in every district and are led by the incoming governor and a cadre of instructors who use curriculum provided by Kiwanis International. For more information on the Lieutenant Governor Education session, contact your district office.

Club Leadership Education and Planning Conference
The Club Leadership Education and Planning Conference educates and motivates our incoming club officers and is typically held in May or June prior to the administrative year they will serve. There is much emphasis on planning for the coming year. In conjunction with a Club Leadership Education instructor, the incoming lieutenant governor schedules and plans these sessions for each division. Often, divisions are combined and incoming club officers have an opportunity to interact with leaders from neighboring divisions. If you have questions or need more information about the CLE session, please contact your district office.

Meeting of North American District Administrators and Key Leader Chairs
All North American Kiwanis district administrators for Key Club, Circle K, Builders Club, K-Kids, and Aktion Club, and district chairs and coordinators for Key Leader will meet together for an exciting weekend of team building, communication, and education.
The American Airlines Training and Conference Center near DFW Airport in Forth Worth, Texas, will host the event. More than 200 district leaders of Kiwanis International's premier youth and young adult leadership programs are slated to attend. Attendance is limited to the district administrator for each program, Key Leader chairs and coordinators, and invited district leaders.
