Convention mailing on the way to clubs

The new convention materials are here! The new convention materials are here! Convention information packets were mailed to each club secretary in late December and are enroute.

Materials include the San Antonio convention brochure, which contains information on schedules, special events, guest speakers and entertainers, forums, travel, and delegates. Also in the packet are the official convention registration form and the official convention housing form.

Remember to register early for the convention: Those who register before April 14 pay only US$150. The registration fee after that date is US$200.
