And count how “many” minutes of experience are needed to achieve the perfect consistency of pancake batter.
	< Then wander south to Central America, and meet the children and adults whose lives have been changed by the Kiwanis Club of Los Robles, El Salvador, through its medical missions, wheelchair program, and eye and dental clinics.
