Second City coming to our city
There is a city. It’s a funny city where a Cro-Magnon man once stood and proclaimed, “I am a caveman, but I can change.” It’s a quirky city, where a dance troupe once performed ballet in wheeled office chairs. It’s an offbeat city where a duo of movie reviewers—dressed like Elmer Fudd on a “wabbit hunt”—rated movies on “whether they blowed them up real good.”
Yes, it’s a hilarious, mirthful city where people like their humor hip and creative. It’s a city, where the likes of Alan Alda, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, and Steve Carell hang around. It’s a city that, you could say, gave birth to the careers of Gilda Radner, John Candy, Bill Murray, Eugene Levy, and John Belushi.
It’s Second City, and it’s coming to Kiwanis’ convention city, San Antonio, July 2-6, to entertain, motivate, and amuse.
