Words about the family

In the Kiwanis family, there are about 589,326 members from 96 different Kiwanis nations and geographic areas. There are, however, only two vowels in the words “KIWANIS FAMILY.”

Use them, and all the other letters, to spell as many words as possible. The goal is to be the only contestant to find a word. Most entries, for example, will find the word “SAW,” but you may be the only one to find the word “LIMN.” (Well, probably not now. Now everyone knows about LIMN.)

Here are the rules:

•  You are on the honor system. Use only your brain and not a computer.

•  You can only use a letter the number of times it appears in “KIWANIS FAMILY.” The letter “I,” for example, appears three times in ‘KIWANIS FAMILY”; so, you may use “I” three times.

•  Words must have three or more letters. “AN” and “IN” do not count.

•  Words must be found in an English dictionary.

E-mail us the words you find.
