It happens to the best, most enthusiastic of clubs: the proverbial “rut.”

It used to be the club’s dynamic service project jazzed members to volunteer and non-Kiwanians to join. Eventually, the once-exciting project becomes too predictable, stale, ho-hum, so-so. Before you know it, your service is stuck in a rut, and your club can be in real trouble.
