Service organizations resolve to unite

Kiwanis International is ready, willing, and “resolved” to work with other service organizations to have a greater impact in helping the children of the world.

This past July during the 92nd Annual Convention in San Antonio, the Kiwanis International House of Delegates approved a resolution encouraging Kiwanis International to explore collaboration with Rotary International, Lions Club International, and Optimist International on ways to serve the needs of children.

The resolution was proposed following a meeting of the four organizations’ international presidents at the Rose Parade in Pasadena, California, this past January 1.
