September (outgoing presidents)

•  Celebrate Kiwanis Kids Day September 25.

•  Prepare Annual Club Report, due October 31.

•  Assist in planning the new-officer installation ceremony.

October (incoming presidents)

•  Assume all duties of president and role of president for club meetings.

•  Pay Circle K and Key Club dues, Builders Club and Aktion Club member fees, and K-Kids registration fees by October 1.

•  Submit Annual Club Report, due October 31.

•  Prepare for lieutenant governor’s visit.

•  Ensure club participates in the Kiwanis International Foundation’s Annual Club Gift Campaign.

November

•  Celebrate Kiwanis Family Month (all month); Key Club International Week (November 7-13); and Kiwanis International Foundation Week (November 6-12).

•  Ask public relations committee to begin preparing a public awareness event or high profile service project for January. (Kiwanis’ 91st anniversary is January 21.)

•  Pay dues to Kiwanis International by December 31 if club’s anniversary date is in September, October, November, or December.
