Key Club decreases size of International Board
Delegates at the Key Club International convention this past July approved
four of 11 amendments, one of which dropped the number of International
Trustees from 14 to 11.
The amendment, proposed by the 2004-05 Key Club International Board,
reflects its awareness that it can work more efficiently with fewer people.
The move also provides for more cost-effective use of the International
Board.
Also passed:
An amendment decreasing the number of Trustees needed
to reach a quorum to seven.
A proposal to add the position of “Webmaster” to the officers
for each Key Club International district.
Amendments passed during the convention will be brought before the Kiwanis
International Board for approval before they are enacted. |
