C L U B  D E V E L O P M E N T  M A N A G E R S

Club Development Managers train new-club builders and assist on-site with building new clubs. They also assist area leaders to: 

  • Assist with training and support for incoming district governors and growth-related district committee chairmen.
  • Train and support lieutenant governors in how to assess, target, plan, and manage growth in their divisions.
  • Train new-club builders.
  • Provide active support and serve as a resource for district growth teams.
  • Assist in the development of new Kiwanis clubs by providing on-site support of efforts by lieutenant governors and new-club builders.
  • Conduct growth-related forums, workshops and education at conferences and conventions.
