2006-07 Distinguished Member Form

To qualify, club members must complete the following:

Recruit two (2) new active members
New Member:
New Member:
Participate in two (2) service projects
Attend both mid-winter and district convention (or equivalent i.e. zone conferenc)

Distinguished Members will receive a lapel pin and recognition at the 2008 Kiwanis International Convention. (Deadline: October 15, 2007)

The Club President must verify members that qualify for Distinguished Member.
